More than 200 of our Scholars have earned two or four-year college degrees.

Our Scholars develop the discipline, responsibility and confidence they need to succeed in college thanks to the individualized support offered by Sponsor-A-Scholar.

Once in college, we ensure each Scholar is ready for the challenges ahead, thanks to regular check-ins with our dedicated staff and continued support from their mentor.

At the end of every successful semester of college coursework, the Scholar receives a financial stipend from Sponsor-A-Scholar that helps to defray the costs of their degree. While most Scholars receive financial aid from their college or university, they still incur costs that their grants and loans do not cover.

Scholars use the funds from their stipend to pay for books, travel costs, art supplies and other needs that arise throughout the academic year. Stipends are provided by the Scholar's Sponsor, a donor who makes a long-term financial commitment to invest in the student's success.
