Summer is in full swing, and our Scholars are on the move!
At the start of the summer, Troy High School graduate and RIT junior Sabrina Wolfe was honored by the Troy CBA as their ‘Person of the Year’. Sabrina has earned numerous awards and accolades for her athletic and academic acheivements.
We’re also thrilled to see several of the members of the Class of 2019 doing wonderful things out in the world and earning recognition for their talents!
Jasmin Harrison of Albany was one of two local students who is taking part in Bank of America’s Student Leaders program. She is taking part in a paid internship with Habitat for Humanity Capital District. She will attend North Carolina State University in the fall.
Bria Holloman of Albany recently earned the Charles and Charlotte Buchanan Endowed Scholarship for a Capital Region Sponsor-A-Scholar from the University at Albany.
And Radica Singh of Schenectady received the Joette P. Delia Curiano Scholarship from the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region. She will be attending Hartwick College this fall.
